Our goal is to take most of the planning off your shoulders — you show up and celebrate!
Arrive & Set Up
Arrive 30-40 minutes early to decorate and get settled. Pull up to the barn to unload — tables, games, and decorations will be set up and ready for you!
Party Time
Carnival games, Bluetooth music, Wonky Donkey story time, and all the farm fun begins. Your guests will never want to leave!
Meet the Animals
The highlight of every party! Kids get up close with rabbits, mini-donkeys, goats, sheep, farm cats, and visit the chicken aviary.
Food & Cake
Enjoy your spread in the barn with your loved ones! Please note: clients provide all food, beverages, cake, plates, cups, utensils, and ice. You bring the delicious, we handle the rest

Every Barron Farms birthday includes our beloved Adopt a Farm Animal display — a charming 30 inch table setup complete with a grass mat, white picket fence, adoption sign, and personalized adoption certificates for every guest. Simply provide beanie baby farm animals based on your guest count and watch the kids light up as they choose and officially adopt their very own farm animal to take home! It is the sweetest party favor and a memory they will treasure long after the party ends.

Clients provide all food and beverages including cake. Marco's Pizza delivery available — just ask! Outside vendors welcome with prior approval, valid license, and proof of insurance.
Booking & Payment
Reserve Your Date
A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your date and holds your exclusive farm experience.
Final Payment
Your remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Schedule changes can be accommodated up to 6 months in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before your event date. We want every family to have a wonderful experience — reach out early and we will always do our best to work with you.
